Online booking conditions: General information about online purchases for Kongsøre camping. Sales and delivery In the following you will find useful information about using online booking. You can read about how we process your information, how you receive a receipt for a purchase and much more. Payment All prices in Kongsøre camping's online booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are written in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise stated and clear in that situation. The prices indicated in euros are indicative. Payment is made using one of the accepted payment cards / credit cards for online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Diners. (Please note that when paying with a foreign credit card a surcharge is added.) Information about trading on the Internet You can safely shop on the internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against any misuse of your credit card on the internet, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the internet. Change of booking To change the Booking, you must contact the Campsite. Shipping and delivery When booking and paying for a cabin, a room, a space for your own tent, or a space for your own caravan or motorhome, you will be presented with a Booking confirmation/contract from Kongsøre camping, in which the account for your purchase appears. The contract can be printed from the website after the booking has been completed, and also sent via e-mail immediately after the purchase, if the correct e-mail address has been provided by the buyer. Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival on the day of arrival (and is completed upon departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract. The ordered product cannot be transferred to others or exchanged for cash. Right of withdrawal and refund You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions: Camping: If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire package price will be reimbursed, however a cancellation fee of DKK 300.00 will be deducted. In case of cancellation between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be reimbursed. however, not the cancellation fee of DKK 300.00 If canceled less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be made. Cabins and rentals: If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the entire package price will be reimbursed, however a cancellation fee of DKK 300.00 will be deducted. If you have started your holiday with us, the booked period is binding and cannot be transferred to others. Registration of information Kongsøre camping registers your name, your address, your e-mail and other information submitted in connection with the purchase in its customer register. The information is not passed on, but Kongsøre camping keeps the registration for 5 years. Kongsøre camping uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site. When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before being sent over the internet. [COMPANY NAME] reserves the right to price errors in online booking, so it is always the stated prices on the website that apply. Complaint processing If for some reason you do not receive your contract, which confirms your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or phone number below. Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during a general review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with section 83, subsection of the Purchase Act. 1, unless otherwise agreed. When Kongsøre camping receives your complaint about a product, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. A decision will be made as to whether the item received should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
